The Wakasagi Bait is a distinctive I-shaped lipless minnow engineered to trigger aggressive strikes through realistic baitfish mimicry. Its unique body design generates a panic action that draws bass from the surface down.

The sinking model works just below the surface with an erratic, unpredictable dart that mimics a fleeing forage fish. Both versions feature a low-resistance body with minimal protrusions and an extended darting range, creating the illusion of a baitfish leaping to escape - a trigger that consistently converts bass into strikes.

Sinking Model
The sinking model, which can trace the surface with an I-shaped action, is effective in situations where fish are less likely to come to the surface due to water temperature, wind, etc.
Its excellent darting action and dead-sticking technique, where it sways only with the movement of water at the bottom, also effectively lead to bites.

The low-resistance body with a wide skating range and smooth surface, along with the forward-leaning nose shape, creates irregular darting motions depending on the rod action.
The floating model performs a darting action that mimics a lure fleeing near the surface and then leaping out of the water, while the sinking model features a forward-leaning fall that makes darting easier, realistically recreating an unpredictable escape action that baitfish cannot follow with their eyes, allowing for strategies tailored to the bait and field conditions.
