Bait & Aerators

If you use live bait (herring, mullet, prawns), an aerator keeps them alive and active. Lively bait catches dramatically more fish than dead or dying bait.

10-15L for a day session with small to medium baitfish. Larger tanks (20L+) for keeping bait overnight or for multiple baits. Ensure enough water volume for the number of baits.

Aerated water, appropriate temperature (don't let it overheat), don't overcrowd, and change water if it gets cloudy. A quality aerator is the most important factor.
