Delivery information
Within Australia
We understand that you want to get your hands on your new fishing gear as soon as possible so that’s why all our orders are shipped via Toll Priority. Orders are processed for dispatch within 5 business days if not sooner. Toll Priority cannot send to P.O. Boxes, so a full address is needed. If a P.O. Box is required, please contact us to see if there is anything that can be done, such as sending through Australia Post.
Our promise to our customers is that we will do our very best to get your order to your door ASAP. We will keep you up to date via email so you know when your order has been dispatched. You will be given a tracking number so you can follow the delivery. If there is no one home to sign when the parcel is delivered, it will be dropped at your local Post Office where it can be picked up at a time that is convenient to you.
Postage and handling within Australia for items excluding rods, up to 3kg actual weight or cubic weight (whichever is more) is $12 via Overnight postage with Toll Priority (Next business day for orders received before 11:00am WST, the following day for orders received after 11:00am WST). The delivery charge for other orders, which include rods, is $20 which includes the protective tube packing to ensure your new stick arrives safe and sound. This will be by either Off-Peak for items more than 5Kg in weight (cubic or actual) or Overnight for items between 3kg and 5kg (cubic or actual). When unusually heavy or large items are ordered, we will be in contact to confirm the delivery charge before dispatch.
International Orders
We do accept international orders and welcome them but both the order and the shipping costs must be paid for by either Direct Deposit or Paypal. However, rods cannot be shipped internationally.
