The purpose of development of the BKK GT-Rex Barbless was to challenge the Biggest fish in the world using a top-water approach. The design of the GT- Rex emphasises superior hook penetration and impaling power equipped with the strongest materials and an Ultra Anti Rust coating.
Processed through the most advanced heat treatment, the GT-Rex uses BKK-81W/V, the strongest material in which BKK offers, to present its superior power and resilience. The GT-Rex adopts BKK's Hand Ground Hook points, which ensures the ultimate in impaling power. Meanwhile, a sealed hook eye with a shortened weld section increases the elasticity of the hook to reduce the possibility of the hook eye opening.
