We will still cover the standard freight costs of all rods sold, but an insurance fee is compulsory.  The rate will be displayed during the checkout process.  We thankyou for your understanding.

We all love getting new gear! Our goal is to get your new fishing goodies to you as quickly as possible so you can get out on the water.

We dispatch packages, same day (Monday - Friday) so your order will be with you as quickly as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

Same day dispatch is guaranteed as long as your order is placed before 1:00 pm AWST Monday - Friday. This excludes public holidays, weekends and any other days during the year that we are closed.

Standard delivery orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post with Signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your package your item will be taken to the closest post office for collection and a collection card will be left for you.

Please note that our standard delivery services do not include insurance. If you require an insured option please contact us for a quote.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been picked up by the delivery service we can not take responsibility for it.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver all over Australia. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your location. For remote areas, extra shipping costs may be involved - we will contact you before shipping if this is the case.

We also ship internationally using FedEx. If you would like something sent internationally please contact us for a quote beforehand. Please be aware that you might be liable for local import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

We take a huge amount of care packing your order - no one likes receiving something that is damaged! Smaller items are bubble wrapped and packed in sturdy boxes, while rods are packed into heavy duty tubes fully bubble wrapped and protected. If you do receive something that has been damaged please contact us with detailed photos and a description and we'll do our best to help you out.  

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

As soon as the order is packed and booked for shipping you will be emailed tracking details immediately. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking details.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We try to keep our website stock as accurate as possible, but unfortunately, as we are a brick and mortar business, it is possible for some items to sell out and not be updated quickly enough on the website. Although unlikely, we're all human and mistakes can happen. We will contact you ASAP if this is the case.

CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IN?

YES! If it's something we can order we will get it in for you. Please contact us with details of the product and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote and availability.

CAN I PICKUP MY ITEM IN STORE?

Of course - our store is located in Nedlands, only 10 minutes from the Perth CBD.

We're located on the top floor above and IGA supermarket and the most convenient place to park is in the IGA carpark off Taylor road. The shop is accessible by lift or stairs.
