Swan River Flathead and Flouder on Hand Tied Bucktail Jigs

During Summer Flathead and flounder are plentiful in the Swan River and we've found the most effective way to target them is with our custom Hand-Tied Bucktail Jigs! 

Hand tied on quality Gamakatsu jig heads our hand tied Bucktail Jigs are tied with Bucktail, Crystal Flash and feature a UV orange hotspot collar finished in super hard UV resin.  They have a very natural movement in the water and are fairly resistant to blowfish!

The bucktail jig is super easy to use - simply cast it as far as you can, let it sink and hop it along the bottom.  The best spots we find are shallow flats with a mix of sand and some weed and drop offs.

Species we've caught on our hand tied Bucktail jigs include Flathead, Founder, Bream, Tailor, Herring, Giant Herring, Small Pink Snapper and Samsonfish.
