The Daiwa 20 Spartan SJ is a top-of-the-line rod, designed with the latest technology and components for unparalleled performance. With a lightweight yet strong HVF Nanoplus graphite blank, and the X45X Full Shield treatment for reduced twisting, this rod also boasts increased lifting power thanks to Daiwa's patented 3DX carbon weave.
Outfitted with Daiwa’s Air Sensor reel seats, Spartan SJ rods are incredibly lightweight and when paired with a reel such as a Lexa HD or Saltiga LD provides a compact yet powerful outfit capable of dishing out plenty of hurt.
Fuji stainless steel silicon carbide (SiC) guides manage lineflow effectively and the clever adjustable EVA pad in the split section means you can protect the rod when travelling in your boats rod holders.
Available in PE ratings 2, 3 & 4 in both spin and spiral wrapped overhead configurations.
