The dual-material construction combines a rigid hard-molded core with a supple soft exterior, delivering a secure body that resists hook slippage while the responsive tail undulates enticingly with minimal water movement. The tail, which takes up more than half of the body, has a modest action when simply retrieved, like a quietly swimming small fish, but when shaken, it moves seductively, instantly imbuing it with the lifelike qualities of a whitebait or icefish.
