Jigging Master UnderHead PE5N Right Hand
Jigging Master UnderHead PE3 Right Hand
When it comes to fighting or jigging for monster fish out of a boat where casting is not needed, the UnderHead reels are superior to any spin or conventional reel. A traditional spin reel being "under the rod" provides a balanced combo with a low, central centre of gravity. The inherent design flaw shared by all spin combos is their lack of torque when compared to a conventional overhead reel. A conventional reel provides the ultimate torque, but the reel needs to be maintained above the rod by the angler, against gravity, while a fraction of the attention is also needed to actively lay your line while fighting a fish. The Jigging Master UnderHead allows an angler to focus on jigging and fighting the fish, increasing the odds of you landing your trophy fish!
Traditional overheads with level winds are not synchronised and can't lay line in dual directions, which can result a bent line guide/level wind system. The JM UnderHead is the first of it's kind to be equipped with Jigging Master's synchronous line guide / lever guide. If the angler accidentally winds in all your line past the line guide during maintenance, the JM UnderHead line guide can be reset all the way to the left or right without the need to re-spool the entire spool.
100% CNC Construction and anodised finish:
Every Jigging Master fishing reel is 100% CNC machined out of a solid piece of military grade aluminium to achieve maximum strength, maximum durability, maximum precision, maximum performance, and to optimise the stunning anodised II finish. CNC precision manufacturing processes are time consuming and not found in common mass production products. The lengthy CNC processes starts each reel off with a solid block of aluminium, to be slowly shaved down into shape in the duration of a few hours per reel. The moulding technologies used by mass production companies are cheaper and faster, but results weak spots, and will almost always have imperfections. Each Jigging Master reel is also treated with the lengthy process of anodise II coating, and hand assembled by a certified master technician for maximum performance.
