The Ultimo series are designed for use with diving pencils and diving poppers and depending on the model, it is also great for targeting Tuna and Kingfish. In contrast, the Oceanridge series are designed for use with large mouthed poppers and have a considerably harder feeling compared to the Ultimo series. All models are built to fight 50kg class GT, and although there is no power classification, anglers can choose between different models depending on the style and characteristics of the rods. Furthermore, the 83ML is the most flexible rod in the Ultimo series and can be classed as a rod between the BIG TUNA series and the Ultimo.
